I am a Slater native. I have lived in Slater since I was three years old and graduated from Slater High School. I am now raising my two children here: Brett, a 8th grader, and Brody, a 1st grader.

    I graduated from Missouri Valley College with a major in Elementary Education then continued my education through Lindenwood University at Missouri Valley College to receive my Masters in Elementary Education.

    I have been a speech/language therapy teacher in Slater for 15 years.

    In my spare time I like to watch and go to sporting events with my sons.
